HERE ARE A COUPLE OF TECH TIPS
• Do not take the Door off during installation Please follow the detailed instruction manual step by step
• Use 2" painters tape to mark the factory location of your door on the horizontal and vertical plane also measure the distance between the apron and the front edge of the door by the top and bottom hinge.
• Make sure the mounting surface is as flat as possible, if anything is there, trim or grind the surface so the vertical door kit can mount flat.
• Make sure both allen adjustment screws are adjusted accordingly and tight.
• This kit is a bolt on, It is made specifically for the vehicle it is listed for. There is minimal modification needed to install this kit, and the inside edge of the fenders must trimmed. Make sure to trim a tittle at a time, you only need to trim enough to allow the swing arm to open and move up and down (Normally 1/2-1" wide and 6 " long on the inside returning edge of the fender);
•Most kits do not require cutting or extending any wires. You only need to pull extra slack that is already there either behind the door panel or kick panel. Certain applications require that you extend only a few wires, from behind the door panel, in order to gain the extra length needed. You will then need to modify the rubber wiring boot to accommodate the extra length. Solutions are provided for every application that we sell.

Shock Maintenance - IMPORTANT STEP - Do not skip this step!
This step is crucial in your installation process, if this step is not completed when installing your vertical door kit; all warranties are voided and may cause future problems with your vehicle.
Make sure you put grease on the body of the shoulder bold where arrow is pointing.
Make sure you use RED Loctite where the arrow is pointing, on the tread of the shoulder bolt.
Make sure you put grease on the bottom side of the shock end.
It is recommended that every 3 - 6 months all parts of hinge be sprayed with lubricant to ensure smooth hinge operation.
Warning the use of any pliers, paint or foreign materials on shocks body or shaft will Void the Warranty.

You will promptly be notified if an item is on back order and given an e.t.a. for arrival. UPS tracking information will be posted to the listing when available. Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. RETURNS:
All E-Bay sales are final unless otherwise posted. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 48 Hrs. of receiving the item. Failure to report any defective or damaged merchandise will result in the loss of your shipping insurance coverage and the item will not be able to be returned.
You must inspect your item upon delivery and If your item is damaged in shipping you must contact us immediately and contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim. UPS/FedEx will not allow a claim to be filed without being able to pick up and inspect the item. Make sure that the item and packaging can be picked up by UPS/FedEx for evaluation.
If you are missing any components from your package, you need to contact us within 72 Hrs. All the products we sell are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, unless the item is used or being liquidated. We require you to send photos of the issue before we can process a warranty claim.
A request for a return must be submitted and approved before a return is made otherwise the item will be refused and shipped back to you at your cost. A return authorization number can be requested by contacting us via eBay or by phone. The RA Number must be clearly displayed upon the outside of the package. Request must include part number, invoice number, and description of concerns. The issuance of an RA Number does NOT guarantee credit will be issued. All returns must be shipped Pre-Paid Freight, freight collect shipments will be refused.
