Custom Ti Cycles-exclusive bottom brackets for bicycle builders!
Bushnell Eccentric Shell machined from titanium tube.  This design allows excellent load path
through
the bottom bracket area by having a
continuous
heavy wall tube connecting all tubes meeting at the joint.
53.5mm ID to be finish machined by the builder to 54mm once the shell is welded into the frame.  We can make other dimensions for bonded frames if required, message us.
Nominal 60mm OD with 66mm length. Perfect for tandems, mountain bikes, singles, belt drive bikes, hand cycles or any application that requires a simple and effective manor to adjust chain or belt tension.
Optional Bushnell Eccentric Featherweight Bottom Bracket which holds
securely and is easy to adjust with an allen wrench.
