Refurbished in very good condition (see photos). Vintage commercial butchers trimming knife, 13HBF The Tenderloin with a 6” carbon steel blade, double brass rivets, and easy grip chunky hardwood handle made in SouthBridge Mass. USA.
All the knives I sell have been refurbished with blades that have been professionally sharpened and knives with wooden handles refinished as needed. I recommend that all knives be hand-washed and dried to preserve the finish and professional sharpening as needed.
