Shipping:
We ship all orders within 24-hours after payment has cleared. We ship from Monday to Friday. You can always return an item if you are not satisfied with it; unless notated on the listing as "FINAL SALE". You have 14-days from the day you receive your order to return it. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, the same way you received it.

Defective & Damage Merchandise:
In the unlikely situation that the item arrived damaged, please keep all original packaging and email uswithin 5-days of receiving your order. Please note that it takes between 5 and 7 business days to get a refund for a damaged item as we may need to inspect it. Don't throw away any packaging material; we need it to file insurance claims. If the item is defective, please contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. All items have manufacturer's warranty; if the manufacturer is not able to handle your request, we will handle it for you. Note that warranty must be processed in the US. I have received the wrong item; what should I do?
In the unlikely situation that we have sent the wrong item, please email us within 5-days of receiving your order; we will email you a prepaid FEDEX/UPS or USPS label so that you can return the item; once you have drop the package on the mail/carrier.we'll ship the correct item.
